Yes. Intent is designed with an offline-first philosophy. Your scrolling logs, app usage times, and personal focus data stay strictly on your physical device and are never uploaded to any external servers or sold to third parties.
Not by default. Our philosophy prioritizes gentle awareness over rigid punishment. Rather than locking you out, we make the time loops visible so you can choose to step away consciously. However, custom limits can be configured for those who want them.
Intent supports devices running modern versions of Android (version 10 and above). Because Android overlays work slightly differently across manufacturer skins, we verify device models individually during the private beta rollout.
An iOS version is currently in early stage design and development. The overlay permissions differ significantly from Android, but we are working to deliver a similarly smooth, calm experience. iOS users are highly encouraged to join the same waitlist to stay updated.
